- [Instructor] Okay, so in this sub lesson we're going to look to implement time intelligence measures. Alright, so DAX includes time intelligence functions that enable you to manipulate data using time periods, including days, months, quarters, and years. And then build and compare calculations over those periods. So let's go to the Power BI desktop and take a look. Okay, so I am on my Power BI desktop and once again I've got a visual similar to what I've seen in the previous sub lessons. Here I've got my calendar year, my English month name, and the total sales SUMX measure, which we have used in the past. So if I just go over here, we can see that is once again internet sales table and it's going through on a row by row basis and calculating that value out there. So nothing too tricky there. Let's take a look now at the year to date sales. So we're going to go ahead and click on this measure right here. And what is happening here is this taking advantage of the total sales SUMX…
