It's amazing, the vendors, what they're doing with these synthesized voices. Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, customizable voices and accents. And that's interesting, 'cause you can localize the accent. If you're a business in Australia, it might be more comfortable for your internal people and even most of your customers to deal with synthesized voices matching that pattern, you see. For internal stuff, speaker identification, some of this we're finding in Microsoft land, and Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 specifically.
