- You may communicate with Copilot in several different places. It might be Copilot Chat that's part of the Microsoft 365 homepage. It may be within specific Microsoft 365 apps. No matter where you're having those conversations, you can access them and you can manage them. So right from here where we have this existing conversation that's happening, let's say we need to signal to Copilot that we're starting a new conversation. We'll go to the upper right corner and we'll select Start a new chat. And now we have a new chat to get started. It does not delete any of your previous chats, though. If we come on over here underneath Chat, this is where you'll find a history of your conversations. To go back to a previous chat, select it from the list. That loads that chat, and you can continue talking with Copilot and getting the information that you need. You can also manage the listing of these chats. Hover over the name…
