- [Instructor] Copilot can be your message coach for changing the tone and clarity of an email draft, as well as assisting with reader sentiment. Message coaching by Copilot works best for a message that is already in pre-flight, meaning you've started crafting it and it has 100 words or more. With a message draft open, go to the Message ribbon and select Copilot. From the dropdown menu, select Coaching by Copilot. A notification appears that it's analyzing, it's reviewing the tone and clarity, as well as other parameters. It's gathering insights and suggestions, which are going to be displayed in a table momentarily. While this is being generated, you can select Stop Generating if you no longer need assistance from the Copilot Coach. Here's the table that I mentioned, and there's a few key areas that it is looking at. The tone, it's letting us know that it could be more enthusiastic.
