- [Instructor] If you need more precise control over your mapping, you can use Maya's UV Editor. Now, you can find this under Windows, Modeling Editors, UV Editor. And so actually, I'm going to go ahead and tear off this outliner and hide it so I can see both objects on my screen. So, when I select this blimp, you'll see this is exactly how that image is mapped to the object. Now, if I want to change that mapping, I need to change what are called the UVs. Now, we can find the UVs by just right clicking over the object, and this brings up a marking menu. But notice how we have a UV option here. So when I hover over that, it allows me to go into a second level where I pick UV. And now these brown, basically they look like vertices, they're basically UVs on the model. So if I want to, I can basically just left click and drag in the viewport and select Uvs, or I can do it in the UV Editor, so I can select these UVs here.…
