- [Instructor] In the previous video, I created a virtual machine that has an additional virtual hard disk. I'll go ahead and click on the virtual machine, and then I'll click on disks, and you can see that this virtual machine has an OS disc and a data disc. Now, if you watched that previous video, one of the things that you might recall is that I configured this virtual machine so that the data disc would not automatically be deleted when the virtual machine was deleted. So what I'm going to do is, I'm going to go ahead and delete the virtual machine. And now, even though I'm deleting the virtual machine, the data disk should remain. Okay, so the virtual machine has been deleted. So now I want to create a new virtual machine, and I'm going to configure this virtual machine to use that virtual disk that was previously associated with the other virtual machine.
