Then focus on practical applications. Provide hands-on training on tools like ChatGPT for tasks, such as content creation, email writing, and research summarization. Demonstrate how Microsoft CoPilot, for example, can automate tasks in familiar applications like Word and Excel, and encourage exploration. Provide access to a variety of AI tools and resources, and encourage employees to experiment and find applications relevant to their individual roles.
