File sharing and server settings in WAC
- [Instructor] Let's use Windows Admin Center to create file shares. I'm going to scroll down on the left hand side until I get to files and file sharing. And this is going to give me a list of all the different files that are on all the different drives. So if I expand the C Drive, you can see all the different folders, and then I can, of course, expand into those folders and get to the files as well. And if I need to, I can create a new folder. I'll call this one Test folder. And there's Test folder right inside my en-US folder that you see here. And if I'd like, I can also create a new file just by double clicking on the test folder and choosing to create a new file and click submit. Besides managing files, I can manage file shares. Here are the default file shares that you see based on what type of server this is, in this case it's a domain controller, as well as any server roles that might also add in a share such as DHCP.
