Connect to OpenVPN from a client
- [Instructor] To connect to an OpenVPN server from a device, we'll need to install the OpenVPN client and we can find that in an app store, or we can install it ourselves from a downloaded installer. We can also visit the webpage of our OpenVPN server and get our installer and our own profile from there. So let's do that. I'll visit my VPN host here at openvpn.totallyrealwebsite.com, port 943. That's a different site than the admin site that we saw in the previous video. Here, I'll log in with the credentials for my user. I'll type my username and provide the password, and I'll click Sign In. The options that I have here as a regular user are limited, but they're useful. Here, I can download the OpenVPN client software for the platform that I'm coming from, and I can choose to have that bundle or profile with it, or I can download the profile separately, Here on my Windows PC, I'll choose to not bundle the profile…
