- [Instructor] The type of work you do in ServiceNow is largely determined by the role in your organization. You can be a developer, an architect, an administrator, or even simply an approver or end user looking for a new laptop. This video is geared towards the fulfillers, the team members who help fix general break/fix issues or complete request orders for hardware or software. You should already have some level of familiarity behind the concepts and frameworks that drive service desk functions, namely, service management and ITIL, the IT Infrastructure Library. If you don't, fear not, we'll delve into some basic concepts in this video. And if you are a fulfiller, you likely have access to a ServiceNow instance. If you don't, I recommend bookmarking sections relevant to you, so you can review them when you are logged into your instance.
