Working with section views
- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to talk about sections, and there's no better place to start than a fresh copy of the Snowdon Towers Sample Architectural Model. So the first thing I want to do is open up one of my floor plans, and I'm going to do the L5 floor plan for this demonstration, and the reason for that is because the floor plans in this project show many of the sections. So there's plenty of sections for us to explore here. So you can see that there's one right here running laterally across the entire model. That's called Longitudinal Section. You can see the name there on the tooltip. And then if you just start to start looking at some of the ones running vertically, you've got one here called Stair 1 and another one here called Elevator 1. And there's several others that march across here. So any of those sections can be opened up to see their contents, and there's a few ways to do that. And one is to select the view.
