Delete, organize, and group PowerPoint slides
- [Instructor] Keeping your PowerPoint presentation organized is key to making it easy to edit, navigate, and present smoothly. In this lesson, you'll learn how to delete slides, rearrange them, and group them using sections to keep your presentation structured. If you need to remove a slide, PowerPoint gives you a few quick options. Select your slide right, click it in the thumbnail pane and click on delete slide. If you want to delete multiple slides at once, hold down the control key while selecting slides. Right click any one of the selected slides and choose delete slide. This is useful when cleaning up unnecessary slides before finalizing your presentation. To move a slide within a presentation, click and drag its thumbnail in the thumbnail pane into the right position. For precise slide organization, you might find slide sorter view helpful.
