- Now when programming modulators in electronic instruments, one thing that is often overlooked by a lot of people is pitch tracking, especially because a lot of us use a sequencer as opposed to playing a keyboard live. I know that that's usually the case with me and so this brings us to the trackers in massive X. Now the trackers are really powerful and essentially all they do is relay incoming MIDI information from your keyboard and allow you to route that information to any destination you like and we can add all kinds of customizations that are really going to make this thing as musical or non-musical as you want. So I'm just starting out, I'm going to grab my scanner filter, which is a favorite of mine in here, okay? And I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to grab an envelope two.
