- [Instructor] Alright, so if you were able to go to the Apple App Store and download and install Logic Pro for iPad, chances are you do have a compatible iPad. Generally speaking, the iPad Pros, especially the newer models, newer iPad Airs, and eighth generation or later regular iPads are compatible. One other thing to consider is that there are a lot of different assets that do come with this piece of software with Logic Pro that are really handy. Lots of samples, lots of loops, things like that to play with, get your inspiration going, and we do need space for that. So when you download Logic Pro, it's not going to download all of those along with just the app. It will remind you when you open it for the first time and one thing that you're going to want to do is jump over and make sure that you have enough space on your iPad.
