Common render settings
- [Instructor] We're going to take a look at the very basics of the render settings in Cinema 4D, and you can find the render settings by just clicking here, and what we can do with this window is just take a look at the Output tab. This is where you sit the width and the height of the image. And so we could adjust this to be a square aspect ratio just by typing in 1280 in the height. And you'll see that that changes the film aspect to square. We also see a difference in the viewport, and our safe areas have changed. So the lighter area is what is safe and what will be rendered. We could lock this ratio and then adjust this to a smaller size, like 600. So the 600 by 600. Or unlock it and adjust the format to be maybe 69. So now it will calculate the height based on the width. It can then change this to maybe full HD. So 1920. And if we now use that preset again, it will calculate the height to be 1080. If we lock…
