- [Facilitator] Before we get much further, we need to make sure we have a North Star, or a main use case to keep in mind when we are making decisions. Throughout this course, we will be working with a small data set to keep things manageable, but in reality, you will likely have large and sometimes messy data sets. Those data sets might need a lot more engineering than what we're going to go over in this course. But just keep in mind that this is giving you the stepping stones to get to the larger goal of being a data engineering pro. For our example data, we are working with the Two Trees Olive Oil company, or TTOO for short. As data engineers, our use case here is to empower TTOO's sales team with knowledge to increase their sales success. Our sales team needs a no-code solution to autonomously assess our customer and sales data to find ways to increase their effectiveness, identify untapped opportunities for customer satisfaction, and critically assess what could be done to better…
