Adding transitions
As a reminder, transitions are used to move issues between workflow statuses. In Jira, transitions are represented by arrows to, from, or between statuses. Transitions to a status are called incoming, and transitions from a status are called outgoing. For the reopen status, the incoming transition is called start progress. The outgoing transitions are pending and reopen issue. There are multiple transition types. A single forward transition moves issues to the next workflow status towards the final status. A single backward transition moves issues to a previous workflow status towards the initial status. A global transition is shared between multiple statuses. That means any status can transition to any other status. With a global status, there's no requirement to transition between statuses in any specific order.
