- [Instructor] Let's say that you've created a knowledge management center using ChatGPT, and you're quite happy with the results. Well, congratulations. Unfortunately, you're not done. As we just discussed, models degrade and so does data. Your knowledge content will degrade over time too, but to be fair, your knowledge content would degrade over time and at the same speed if it wasn't managed in ChatGPT. The time advantage in using ChatGPT for this work doesn't come from slowing the decay of the content. It comes from speeding up the content creation and updating processes. That means you can get current and updated knowledge content in place faster and just about everyone's going to love you for that. Plus the efficiencies you gain in time and effort are substantial.
