Make video calls with FaceTime
- Built into all iOS devices is a feature called FaceTime, which is an app for audio and video chatting with others. It's a great way to have a face-to-face conversation with someone when you can't be in the same room with them. In order to place a FaceTime call, callers have to be on an iOS device or a Mac connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. It should be enabled by default but you can check your settings by going to Settings, to FaceTime and here, just make sure the FaceTime switch is enabled. People will be able to reach you on FaceTime via your phone number or your Apple ID or through any of the emails associated with your ID listed here. Now, if you see a message to sign in with your Apple ID here, be sure to do so if you want the ability to be able to be contacted through your Apple ID in addition to your phone number.
