This group is expanded into operations management and supply chain management over the years but their origins are in inventory management. In fact, the acronym APICS stands for American Production and Inventory Control Society. They remain true to their roots and offer a professional certification in inventory management. In this field, they are the experts. Secondly, check out other LinkedIn Learning courses on purchasing, operations, logistics and supply chain management to effectively manage inventory throughout your organization.
