- [Instructor] I'm going to teach you how to take the AIX design framework we learned earlier and apply it to design voice. Remember, what is AIX? AIX is the design of artificial intelligence focused on creating a human-centric design using data and AI. When designing for voice AI, the AIX framework remains the same except with the focus on the AI layer. The AI in this case is voice. Let us look at the user layer first. We should always start with a clear understanding of who is the user. Then we look at the next layer. In the AIX design framework for voice, this is the AI layer. Voice AI makes the interface about voice, audio and many aspects of user voice. Voice makes the user forget that the AI is not human. This makes it easy to design voice AI products, and also lends itself to bringing user biases to create AI personalities with a lot of gender bias, such as the ones we see typically in voice assistance.
