What do you need to know?
- [Presenter] Before we get going, there's something I need to clarify, and this is to ensure you are in the right place, and also to clear my conscience. While I have historically worked in a business analysis function, and this course is primarily aimed at the business analysis community, this course is really intended for anyone doing analysis as part of their job. You could be a financial or data analyst, an operational manager, or anything in between. If you've ever wanted to know how to use analysis to make and influence better decisions in your organization, then this is the course for you. So know that, while I may not say business analyst, data analyst, or financial analyst by name, I'm opting to use the more generic analyst to cover everyone. So with that, I'm hoping to share more of a mindset or approach to conducting and leveraging your analysis skills to help you help your stakeholders, things to consider, knowing where and when to push ahead or hold back, that sort of thing. Now, let's really dive in.
