- [Lecturer] Now this is the $18 trillion question. How do decisions get made? It's often easy to question a decision in hindsight, but the nuance of decision-making is that it's often difficult. There's a lot of pressure to be right, and depending on your organization, when you're wrong, everyone knows about it. Organizations and the units within typically make decisions through a combination of individual and group decision-making processes or frameworks, which are well-established, and, I'll guess, well-intentioned. The actual decision-making process you use may be driven based on the size, structure, culture, and industry of your organization. However, there are some common methods used.
