- [Instructor] Microsoft Sentinel provides reporting and data visualization capabilities, and the primary channel for dashboarding and reporting are Azure Workbooks. The workbooks are customizable, interactive reports that provide a flexible canvas for data analysis. This is a long-standing Azure feature, and Sentinel is taking advantage of this workbook feature. We can combine text, we can combine analytics queries into our log analytics repository, metric, parameters, and bring all that together into an interactive report with multiple data sources that is visible and editable by any other team members who have access to the same resources. And there are more than 100 workbook templates for Microsoft and third-party solutions, you'll find within the Sentinel interface. So Azure Synapse integration in Sentinel is a newer feature, and that native integration in Microsoft Sentinel is provided through Sentinel notebooks.
