Using the Gradient tool and Annotator

- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to color the lips using another linear gradient, this time with the help of the Gradient tool. And so the first thing I'll do is click on those lips in order to select them right there. Again, we don't need the stroke, so I'll just press shift X in order to swap the fill and stroke like so, and then we'll go over here to the gradient panel and I'll just click on that same gradient I applied to the teeth. All right, this time we need different colors, however, including lips one right there. So I'll go ahead and drag it and drop it onto that first color stamp. And then I'll grab lips two and drag it and drop it into place as well. And you want to really nail it. If you accidentally do one of these where you just slightly miss the color stamp, you may end up with one color stamp on top of another, which can really prove disconcerting at times.
