Some studies show that people lose 30% of their voice's energy when on the phone, but here are some techniques you can dial into so that your ears will be ringing with praise. When you answer the phone, do so in a crisp and professional manner. When the caller identifies himself, greet him like you would a long lost friend. This way, he'll feel warm and welcome, and you'll already be off to a great start.
