- My friend Will Wheeler has been a long-time advocate for neurodivergent people, and I am so glad I get to include his perspective in this course. I asked Will to join me today to discuss difficult conversations, those that we must have when others don't understand our neurodivergent traits. But also, how conversations can land and are interpreted based on these traits. Will shares his experiences and some advice on managing these types of conversations in the workplace.
