- If you don't have the images you need and you can't find them online you'll need to shoot them yourself. Now, it doesn't have to be complicated or a big deal. If you know the basics about light, composition, and a couple of controls on your smartphone it's possible to create a presentation worthy photograph. Perhaps you need to present your team members or other important people in your company. In this video, I'll show you how to create beautiful headshots. Let's go. Let me introduce you to Michael, he's on my team and he needs a headshot. First, if possible, use the exact location with the same lighting for each person, a similar background and lighting, provide consistency and make it look like you're a cohesive group.
