(pages flipping) - Sometimes it's hard to find just the right word for what you want to express. I've been looking through this dictionary hoping to find a better term than artificial intelligence or AI. I hate that term. And unfortunately, it's gotten stuck to all this new content generation technology. It's an easy label to use and it sounds good to the marketing department, so it's going to stick. Obviously, sometimes words or phrases get popularized, appropriated, and misused like this, and you just have to live with it. Don't even get me started on the word iconic. So what's wrong then, with the term artificial intelligence when talking about machines that appear to be able to think? My problem with the term is that it implies consciousness.
