- [Instructor] Now let's go ahead and talk about the mirror tool and patterns. So let's create some really simple geometry. We can come down here and just hit R, for the two point rectangle, and just make a really simple box. And then I'll hit escape and then I'll hit L for a simple line. And we'll create a line right here. You come back over here to create and come down to mirror. Let's mirror this box and the mirror line will be the line that we just created. So the object, if we simply double-click, we can select the entire chain selection of the box. If we single click, we can click each segment of the line. Now, we want to select a mirror line and that is this line right here. And so that will create this box as a mirror. Now, something to keep in mind, because this is a parametric modeler, if you select this line and move it, it will move that mirrored side as well. Now, this symmetry is connected by these…
