You've learned on their website that HH is a direct to consumer, D2C, company that sells custom high-end hammocks to hammock enthusiasts throughout the world. They're considered to be the best in the business, specializing in lightweight and strong fireproof camping hammocks. This D2C sales model allows HH to sell at a good discount in the market and deliver great value in the minds of the customers. Moreover, HH has a fully automated supply chain, meaning that demand for hammock production is typically through website sales is automatically translated into raw materials orders and tracking, as well as integration with hammock production scheduling.
