- [Instructor] As we have run our simulations throughout this course, you probably noticed that some customers don't finish the process before we run out of time on the clock. In this movie, I will show you how to add new customers until the end of normal business hours and then allow the existing customers to complete the process. My sample file is chapter 0606 and you can find it in the chapter six folder of the exercise files collection. I'm working with the same data that I had before for the simulation. So I have four stations. Although, in this case, I have turned off the code to allow supervisors to help, but I didn't change the outline just in case I wanted to add it later. On the results worksheet, I have an existing results table and I'll scroll down to the bottom to show you what it looks like when customers do not complete the process.
