Zoom and navigation: Control view settings in Excel
- [Instructor] In a world of screen sharing, data that appears on your screen might be too small for others to see. While you can click on this button on the zoom bar here to zoom in, or this one to zoom out, there is a much faster way to do that. Just press Ctrl on your keyboard, and when you do mouse wheel up, it is going to zoom in and mouse wheel down will actually zoom out. If you want to scroll left and right, you can hit control shift on your keyboard. If you mouse wheel down again, it is going to scroll to the right and if you control shift mouse wheel hub, it is going to scroll to the left. Yes, zooming in and scrolling horizontally has never been so easy.
