- [Instructor] We often extract reports from different systems. Let's say we extract two reports. We might want to match these reports based on a unique value that isn't common to both reports. Copilot can help us do that. In this case, I have my data in the first sheet that contains my departments. From another system, I have my department numbers, which I extracted in another sheet. I need to merge these two sheets together, so I have my department number, part of my main dataset right here. Let's ask Copilot to do that. Go into the Home ribbon and then click on the Copilot button at the top right. You will have this pane opened up, and we will ask Copilot the following. "I need you to bring over the department number from the DEPARTMENT table, located in the department sheet." I always love to name my tables so it's easier for Copilot to find my data.
