Insert slicer to tables
- [Instructor] When your data is structured as a table, you can filter it in different ways. One way is using the slicers. When you click on the Table Design tab at the top, make sure you have your table selected. You can click here on Insert Slicer. Click on that, and now every column, every header that you have will appear right here in this window. In our case, we might want to filter by department and region, so let's check these two and then press OK. These two windows will appear for the first one, the Department one, Let's click on it. Go into the Slicer option in the menu right here, and set the Columns to two. We can then reshape or slice through a little bit so it fits a little bit better. This. Then we can even change the style right here. I like pink. Let's click on this. Amazing. And now let's reshape the Region one. Here we go. And now these buttons just act like filters. In this case, if I want to filter my data on the East region, I can just click on that and boom…
