- [Instructor] The Excel Analyze feature helps you analyze your data. Here we have sales data with more than 100 lines. We could need help answering basic questions such as what is the best region for toy sales? In the home tab, we can find the Analyze Data button. When you click on it, you have the Analyze pane that appears, and we have suggestions coming up from Excel, such as percentage of total maintenance for each region, or different insights such as services by department and region. If we click on Insert PivotTable right here, Excel will bring up a new sheet with this pivot table and we can do data analysis starting with this. Let's go back to our dataset and ask specific questions about our dataset. We could ask by instance, what is the best region for toy sales? I'm going to click send here, and here we go. We have the answers in less than three seconds, amazing. It shows the top region by total toy sales. And then we can click here once again on Insert PivotTable and Excel…
