We have to calculate the bonuses for everyone who is due a bonus. Now let's look at Gerald Armstrong to see how we calculate commissions. We see Gerald's January through March sales. Over in the table on the right side we see Gerald Armstrong has a bonus threshold of $50,000. So Gerald has to get $50,000 or more in order to get a commission. And that commission would be calculated as 7.45% of the total sales. Now let's check this out really quick. I'm going to highlight.
