- [Instructor] So many companies like H+ sports have data coming in from so many different sources. This requires manual imports and constant updates. Processes are broken and many business leaders try to solve these problems either by hiring more people or by buying seemingly more capable software. But they sometimes find that neither are perfect solutions because employing more people and installing more powerful software doesn't always fix broken processes. It just makes them more expensive. Building end-to-end increasingly automated FP&A processes is like putting together the pieces of a puzzle. The goal is to take all of those puzzle pieces and figure out how they fit together, not assembling them through brute force, but through clearly defined, repeatable and largely automated process.
