- [Instructor] Thanks for joining me in this course. I hope you've enjoyed it and now feel better prepared to apply Excel for various accounting tasks. Remember, Excel is a key tool for accountants. Different aspects of Excel are useful for accountants depending on the size of their organization, but Excel is great for keeping track of data in the general ledger, it lets us easily summarize expenses and income by categories, and perform other tasks that are helpful for small business. Excel makes it really easy to do forward looking projections, perhaps if we're trying to do a business valuation of some sort.
