Welcome back. I hope you enjoyed crafting this new flow. This time I had you start by building a customer feedback form on Microsoft Forms. Let me walk you through my example quickly. Now again, your version might differ slightly from this, but it should at least collect the customer name; their email address; and overall experience, I used a 1 to 5-star rating system; and additional comments. These elements are important to include in the form, especially if we need to escalate any less-than-stellar feedback to a manager using our flow. I'm going to head to view responses at the top of my form. You'll notice that I've already added some test responses here. If you've done that, we can head down to open results in Excel and view these results right in the workbook. No need to add this step to our workflow as this gets automatically captured by forms.
