- [Narrator] Advances in AI mean that it's easier every day to get computers to do a lot more of the daily heavy lifting of running a business for us. Companies are using AI to perform a multitude of tasks in some surprising places. It's being used for customer service. AI chatbots are a frequent feature on websites these days, handling basic customer inquiries and providing immediate assistance. There's also a lot of sites using predictive AI to anticipate your needs based on previous questions and serve you up information even before you ask. This frees up human employees to focus on more complex inquiries and problems. Now, I'm not personally crazy about this one, but AI is being used more and more for HR recruitment. AI powered recruitment tools can screen resumes, identify top candidates, and assist in scheduling interviews. It saves time and money, although I worry it misses out on too many good candidates…
