Creating a brush with Adobe Capture

- Other than scanning in a painted brush and using Photoshop and Illustrator, there's another way to do this digitally using a mobile app called Adobe Capture. I'm going to go ahead and open up the Adobe Capture app that I have here on my phone, and we'll launch that. Once you come into this, there's going to be four categories of this app. The first one is Colors, which is really cool. I use that quite a bit to compose colors, you can take photographs and capture colors. The next one is Shapes, and I've actually used this in a course for Lynda on the iPad, where I've used some of these texture shapes on artwork, but the one I want to focus on now is Brushes. This is the ability to take a photograph of any kind of painted, or any type of brush, actually, and create a usable vector brush out of the image that you're capturing.
