Adding audio tracks to a YouTube video
- YouTube includes a large content of music that you can use to add to your video, and this could be useful if you're in a situation where your video lacks a music bed and you want to place it in, or maybe you have a video with music, but you want to swap it out. Now remember, when you upload, everything is mixed together, so if you do need to add music, you'll need to make sure that you upload a version of the video that doesn't have music, or you're going to have to globally replace the entire soundtrack. But for a video that lacks music, YouTube makes it very easy to add a sound bed. Let's go to our tutorial and actually put a little bit of music in upfront. To do this, I'll click on Editor and then just position my playhead near the beginning of the video. When I click the Audio button here, I'll see a list of music tracks that I can search through.
