Approve an agent or set the default agent
- [Instructor] You and I can create whatever agents we wish, as long as we have the necessary permissions on a SharePoint site, but only a site owner can determine that a particular agent should be broadly available on the site for everyone. So, if I send someone, if I share this agent with someone, they'll be able to use it, but I'd like to get that approval so that it's listed as one of the approved agents for the site. So, what I'm going to do is choose my agent and I am a site owner on this site, so I can now set this as approved. And there's a little information for us to read about. I'm going to say Set as an approved agent. Success, This agent is now approved. Click OK. And now when I open the list of agents, well soon, there we go, second time I clicked, it says there are now two approved items on this site. The first is HR Team, which is the default, and the second is HR Shine, and they're both approved for this site. Now, there might be five other agents listed here, but not…
