How to use and navigate Copilot in Excel
- We'll first take a look at what you need to get started with Copilot, and the two main items are a Microsoft 365 Subscription and the Copilot Add-on License. Now, even if you don't have these items yet, I encourage you to still take the course to see how Copilot could be a good investment for you or your company. Copilot works on both the Desktop and Web versions of Excel. For this course, I'll mostly be using the Windows Desktop version of Excel. The next requirement is that you save your Excel file to SharePoint or OneDrive and have AutoSave turned on. (screen whooshes) Now, there are a few places that you can access Copilot in Excel. First of all, on the Home tab over here on the right side, there's a Copilot button. This is a split button with options for Chat and App Skills.
