- Now, believe it or not, not everyone likes to look at large tables of data. So in this lesson, we're going to use Copilot to make your spreadsheets easier to read with conditional formatting. So we have this table of data and the boss has asked us to highlight all cells where the quantity is greater than 10. So over here in the Copilot task pane, we have some pre-built options here. This one, highlight all cells with, I'm going to go ahead and click it, and you'll notice that that adds the text down here to the chat box. It does not add the text in green in square brackets. That's just an example of what we could type. So we can go down here and finish typing our prompt. And I find that I get the best results when I use a very descriptive prompt so I am going to mention the column letter here. So Copilot has suggested this rule where the quantity is greater than 10, it will highlight the cell in yellow. And we can…
