In the past, this would've been a painstaking task for you and your team because you can recall spending days, manually updating Excel spreadsheets, chasing down numbers from various departments, and stitching together data from disjointed sources. But now that you know how AI-powered FP&A tools can help, it's time to build a more robust FP&A process. So where do we begin?
