Drafting a project budget tracker with the help of Copilot
- [Instructor] Imagine you have a new project coming up and you need to create a worksheet to track the budget. Copilot can assist you with setting this up in Microsoft Excel. Now, I'm working with what's known as the desktop app. This is the Microsoft 365 Excel app that is installed on my computer. If you're working from the web app in a browser, the process is very much the same. We're starting on this new worksheet. We're going to go to the Home ribbon and then select Copilot all the way over here to the right. That opens the Copilot chat pane. There are some suggested prompts here at the top, but down here is where we can ask a question or we can provide instructions for what we need assistance with. The instruction that we're going to provide is going to look like this prompt. We're asking Copilot to create a project budget tracker.
