- [Instructor] While managing a project, you may need to track how many workdays it's going to take to get that task done, or how many workdays do you have it scheduled to get that work done. We have actual and estimated dates here that we can work with that will help us accomplish this. And what I'm talking about are some of the functions that are available if you go to the formula ribbon. In the formulas ribbon in the function library group here, there's a category called Date and Time. From this dropdown list, notice that there are two that refer to network days. So this function is what we could manually set up if we want to return the number of work days, and work workdays means, let's say weekdays, Monday through Friday if you have a typical schedule where Saturday and Sunday are days that your business is closed.
