(bright electronic music) - [Instructor] Welcome back, everyone. It's time to take a look at the Chapter 4: Solution. Now, the first thing I asked you to do was to simply open the Word document and copy and paste that text into an email and send it to yourself. Now, you might find that your text looks a little bit different to mine. Don't worry too much about that, these are both along the same lines. It's a customer complaining to a hotel manager about their recent stay. Now, the first thing I asked you to do was to summarize this email. We want to pull out of it the key points without having to read through all of these paragraphs. So, just above, we have a Summary by Copilot button. We can click that, it's going to scan the email and pull out those key points. And there we go, that's a lot more concise for me to read, and I can now get a good idea as to what this customer is complaining about.
